      I could request days off whenever I needed them

      Cons

      No benefits. Management was horrible. They only liked you if you were in their "click"

      Pros

      Most of the servers worked well together as a team. The company really stresses customer service, as they should. It is not always a customer is right atmosphere, the management will take your side (to your face) occasionally.

      Cons

      The management will ring you up to a customer and talk bad if you mess up. Management seemed lost most of the time and did not train servers to take care of the customer, instead they stressed sales. Clientele was never the best at tipping and you are only allowed 3-4 tables maximum.

      Disgusting labor practices-trend to rip off employees- not pay them or give them the run around to be paid

      Pros

      Not worth the bother. Very costly to you in terms of time and hassle to receive your pay. You may need to contact the state fair labor/texas workforce, an attorney, or at minimum, corporate to get paid locally.

      Cons

      The firm has a reputation in Amarillo for not paying employees and hassling them when they ask for their pay You'll hear employees leaving work saying "they owe me $" and you'll meet many former employees who will have worked for the and were ripped off- unpaid. Call the State of Texas Fair Wage Division or Texas Workforce for help if needed.
