Cheddar's is as good as any job if you're trying to earn some money. My managers were really nice and helpful, the atmosphere was nice, other employees are either really nice or I just didn't have much contact with them. Hours are very adjustable which I loved. People are always picking up shifts if you need a day off. Basically a good job for the time being.

Cons

The only downsides are.... Unless you plan on owning a franchise yourself future plans of advancing in a restaurant isn't worth it. Sometimes work tends to get hectic and stressful based on how many people you are attending at the moment.
