      Pros

      Good money, great hours for students trying to work almost full time, good food (50% discount), employees can be loving but may also have unfavorable personality flares.

      Cons

      Management tends to be against you sometimes. Having clear expectations set for them helps them deal with your own needs better. You have to woo them, like any other management team you will ever work with.

      Pros

      It was convenient to work at because it was close to the highway and is very well known. You don't have to work eight hour days. Other servers got along with easily.

      Cons

      Only had three table sections, absolutely poor management, the target market that came in, do not tip well, and end up sitting at your tables for most of your shift. Never got more than like 15 tables in one night. Got yelled at in front of your co-workers for not doing side work or running food. Management did not take you in private to talk about an issue, had to say it in front of everyone. VERY poor money there.

      Pros

      They let me work as much or as little I would like. They always seem to keep themselves relatively busy.

      Cons

      It was a great experience, but there are times in which I just felt undervalued as an employee. It is somewhere that definitely needs to reconsider their corporate structure
