Pros
Free food for managers, competitive starting wage, because of the general incompetence you will always look better than others
Cons
I was told that we were to be treated and to treat other like volunteers. However I was shocked to see an environment where sexual harassment and drug use was buried instead of dealt with. After turning 2 managers in for sexual harassment I was treated poorly and pushed out. I was terminated for forgetting to make a deposit. The deposit was the responsibility of the deposit that shift was the gm. They terminated me 3 weeks later, 2 days before my son was born. No money was missing, nothing stolen and 100% accurate deposits for a year. However we had caught some one stealing $100 on camera and he was allowed to keep his job because it would have been "embarrassing" to report. The one incident of sexual harassment was captured on camera with a manager groping and employees butt and pulling her on his lap. Not only was nothing done but he pulled her in the office to intimidate her and further harass her. Also upon dismissal my accrued vacation time was denied despite law requiring payment. You better be close to a mirror with this company because you constantly have to watch your back.
