      Managers are NOT profession. Saw me as expendable even after I worked hard. NO raises. People promoted without experience.

      I have worked with Cheeseman's for 12 years. They offer a flexible work environment and care about employees like they are family. You are not a number here, you are a person. Driver feedback is important.

      Cons

      Everyday is different, but I enjoy the challenge! There will always be bumps in the road but we work together as a team to make things run smooth.
