1) Flexibility before the pandemic and able to WFH 2) Many employees benefits 3) Good Teammates and the working culture is quite positive.

Cons

1) No Salary Increment for 3 consecutive years and bonus is little to none. 2) The constant change of the company's upper management causes the company to be losing track of the company's direction and goals.
