Mismanagement from the top to the bottom.

Pros

- Pay scales are decent. - Cant think of anything else.

Cons

- No product road map. - Only focussing on selling the email channel where as the world is moving to Omnichannel. - No HR and Finance support in India after transition. - New policies are not employee friendly. - Almost zero spend on marketing and promotion. - New hires are incompetent and are downgrading the Experian standard. - Unnecesaary pressure which often leads to setting up wrong expectations to clients. - Lack of decision making authority at local level.

Pros

Smart people and a lot of old school Cheetahs. Good pay and benefits, 401k matching, Stock purchase plan, flexibility to work from home.

Cons

Lots of changes recently after having been divested from Experian. Depending on your team/account you may have to work a lot of overtime.
