Employees get top of the line software and hardware to do their jobs. The work environment is laid back and collaborative. Our CEO cares enough to talk with us each week and is transparent in our goals and our performance. I get paid well and my benefits are good.

Cons

Our team is spread out throughout the world. It is sometimes hard to move quickly when your team is in a different timezone. Our office in NYC is old-we have been here for almost 2 decades. I know we are moving to new space in December, but it can't come soon enough.
