Pros

-You were able to learning a lot especially how testing should be work -Perks quite good since it cover a lot in term of medical and pregnant cost -Great team chemistry (if you onboard into specific team)

Cons

- Too many process in delivery the development work (release) -Job security -No annual good news in term of employee salary to sustain employee satifaction
