Pros

You Learn a lot, and have many opportunities to work with people from many different backgrounds. IT Dept - are all really nice, always willing to help and work together. MGMT was amazing.

Cons

IT Department members are human beings, other departments had a tendency to forget that.

Pros

Of course there are always opportunities for growth and improvement, but there is a lot going right at Chem Trend! Most managers seem to really care about the development of their people. Senior leadership is dedicated not only to product development, while being customer oriented, but also focuses on company culture and values.

Cons

Improved connection with Manufacturing, improve overall collaboration with various functional areas.
