Great benefits, they took care of their teams. Lots of process training and lunch was always provided. Daily management was beneficial to drive changes and got lots of input from the team.

Cons

HR team does not offer support to the plant. Never available on site when needed to address any concerns. Bringing bad values in groups from another company and hiring their friends. They preach values but do not run the business by them anymore. Lots of time spent cursing team members behind closed doors as well.
