Pros
Worked for this organization before being furloughed with the dismantling of USAID. They provided clear onboarding and set great expectations for workers. There were clear paths for career advancement and professional development. They worked diligently and efficiently to inform staff of the situation regarding the dismantling of USAID using the available information. They gave advice and connected all of us with one another to grow.
Cons
The onboarding process was informative, but it was lengthy and took a considerable amount of time before I could begin the work I was supposed to do. Was then furloughed and didn't get to contribute.
