      Pros

      Upbeat environment, at least in the titanium dioxide and fluroproducts businesses, which are making lots of money in 2017 - 2018. We're getting financially rewarded, and are empowered to try stuff.

      Still a big company with all that implies.

      Pros

      New company with a bright future. So far it seems that we are doing a good job drawing from the successes of the old company while doing away with certain systems that were hindering growth.

      Cons

      Very tight knit organization which can be difficult to work around if you are not from the area or from the company prior to the spinoff
