Great people that are very passionate about success, but don't have the internal support.
Cons
Constant reorganization, lack of customer facing resources, massive debt, tremendous environmental liability, lack of capital for investment, and promotions based on favoritism vs. capabilities. Company has a long path to grow if they can survive.
