      A lot of the benefits of a large employer but a relatively small company.

      Cons

      Management can't make decisions and often operates in a vacuum. Makes goals before asking the right people if things are feasible with the available budget

      Money, until you point out what is in need of attention and then you get put in a position where money is next to nothing

      Cons

      Management/supervision who hide truths and cover what has been done by shifting blame. Shift responsibility to those who tried to be part of the solution, blaming them for the problems they created or failed to resolve.
