Working with seniors, creating and working events, building relationships with community contacts, great staff

Cons

Have to sign up at least 7 seniors per month in order to get commission AND make sure they complete first appointment. Does not care for management team

Cons

As many have stated, the turnaround time expectations to improve for all employees gives little time to adapt to see if change is a sustainable improvement. Exciting times for this growing company!

You'll never stay late at the end of the day.

Cons

Most of the people I worked with at the front weren't friendly and even gave me a hard time because I was new. I personally didn't enjoy my time at JenCare and didn't see any opportunities for advancement.
