Pros

Mission-Driven Care Model: JenCare’s focus on senior patients and value-based care can be rewarding for those passionate about serving an underserved population. Modern Facilities: Most clinics are well-equipped and offer integrated services, which can support efficient clinical workflows. Team-Based Approach: Collaborative care teams can be a great learning environment—when supported well. Opportunity for Entry-Level Roles: The company often hires for multiple roles, providing opportunities for those looking to enter the healthcare field.

Cons

High Employee Turnover: Many staff (The best) and providers don’t stay long, which affects continuity for patients and leads to frequent team changes. Micromanagement: Some departments, especially in back office and administration, report feeling micromanaged with little autonomy. Stressful Work Environment: The pace can be intense, and the pressure to meet metrics may take priority over staff well-being. Overwhelming Workload: Support roles are often stretched thin, leading to burnout, especially when short-staffed and no help from the COD or the Floor Supervisor. HR and Leadership Concerns: There are reports of inconsistent support from HR and favoritism within leadership, which can affect workplace morale and trust.

Pros

Good work life balance, no weekends, decent co-workers

Cons

Constant change, lay-offs, seems more money hungry than about patient care.
