      Pros

      I really loved it at Chenmed. I loved what they stood for, I loved the technology, and I loved my leadership team. Everyone cares about you as a person and your career. My visa didn’t allow me to stay there, but I hope I will be able to return some day. Most talented group of directors and senior management I’ve ever worked for.

      Look at all job postings and reviews. Can’t keep good staff. Don’t care about staff

      Pros

      Patients appreciate the special attention - if they only knew what went on behind the scenes. Senior leaders dispose of doctors like plastic straws - there are no pros too sad

      Cons

      Leadership just doesn’t care. NO growth opportunities Only care about Chen family, Jet , show , small circle, money money money. Non compliant offices and docs where is Board of medicine ? Needs labor audit. NO work Life balance work MDs and staff 16 hours a day

      1. Family atmosphere, everyone is so friendly unlike the offices I'm used to working in 2. Company mission lets feel like your making a difference in so many peoples lives 3. Seemingly endless growth opportunities
