They make millions with Medicare patients. They don’t pay retention of patients. You work every day unless you turn your phone or e-mail off. Manager ask you for goals that they can’t even achieve. They need to get rid of the central market team and keep the other teams. The central market has medical centers on every corner.

Everything boils down to metrics, and it is drilled into you at every meeting how we are or are not meeting metrics. People who analyze the metrics are far removed from daily patient care. Worse, it has been made mandatory to recite the “Chenmed way” every single morning and at every meeting. Makes staff feel as if they are being slowly brainwashed and reprogrammed. After a while the words become meaningless and annoying . Everyone is too afraid to admit it though because they expect us all to be Chenbots
