      No autonomy for physicians.

      Pros

      Colleges are great and get along well. Physicians' meeting is helpful. Good benefits. Patients are very nice and appreciative.

      Cons

      No autonomy. Operations are fragmented. Physicians have no control over how the clinic is run. The medical staffs work under center manager so there is no reason to respect physicians. Feedback is not encouraged nor it is listened to. High turn over for physicians due to job dissatisfaction.

      Work life balance and that’s about it

      Cons

      Too crowded; when one person gets sick in the office everyone gets sick because it’s 10 people in one office; it’s hard to concentrate most time when so many people are cramped in one office; no tuition reimbursement which makes you want to start looking elsewhere
