Pros
Flexible hours, pleasant working environment, customer service driven environment Hours 7:30- 4:30 Some Saturdays Great experience in many different roles
Cons
No training, minimal management assistance, no room for advancement, lacking in communication, cut pay more than half for top performers, Laid off entire department and added a non compete. I enjoyed my job here at this company. Seperation process was horrible and communication details about new roles and pay. Compensation does not support job duties expected.
