      Pros

      Whats not to love? When I was hired I was given a proper orientation. The Company truly values their employees. I work at the Tidewater location in Virginia. Coworkers are like minded with caring for our seniors with true passion. Hard work is rewarded. Doing the right thing for those in my community is fulling in itself. The work atmosphere is fast pace but efficient. Pay is competitive.

      ...No work place is 100% perfect. But this question has me stumped.

      ChenMed is a company of dedicated, caring professionals changing the face of health care for all the right reasons. The Chen family sets the tone. They are an amazing group of passionate, empathetic caregivers and leaders. They have a vision for the company and are now inspiring others, both medical professionals and formerly jaded corporate types, to embrace their vision and join them on a different kind of professional journey borne of necessity but pursued with love, accountability and passion.

      Cons

      A young, fast-growing organization will always experience growing pains, false starts and stops. ChenMed is no exception. If you can roll with the punches and stay calm in an organization that sometimes moves too fast for its own good, you'll be fine.
