Avoid this company if you don’t want to work in India like an on-call labor. I know it’s a family company but that’s ridiculous a director is the skip of it’s family, and the dependents got promoted The promotion, bonus, performance review are not transparent and very objective. The people who like playing politics or holding projects and don’t want to share have the most benefits and reputation while the real hard working workers got nothing. No food supply, managers keep lying and even pray for good future.
