      Pros

      The only positive aspect is that a select few of their employees are genuinely commendable individuals. These exceptional employees undoubtedly deserve a better organization than ChenMed.

      Cons

      The Chen family's leadership in this company exemplifies self-serving altruism. In essence, the company's culture is reminiscent of a blend between the Roy family from "Succession" and the pastoral leadership style of Joel Osteen. The only difference is that the fictional and real person I just stated at least know how to manage their money, unlike the Chens.

      Pay was great, so was the work life balance. Some team members made great friends

      Cons

      Management is similar to a cult and do not promote individuality. Meetings are not optional even when it says it is. Don’t dare to be different or speak your mind or the truth
