      Great Mission. Great employees. Truly a cause to rally behind.

      Cons

      Once a great company with passionate and dedicated individuals reduced to a chaotic mass of uncertainty and fear. The company acts very much like a startup with its undefined and impulsive strategies, initiatives, and layoffs. They proudly boast the accomplishments and wins of their employees and terminate the same employees within a few weeks. It is mind boggling that they have not been victims of lawsuits yet. I just pray that they can define their path forward without losing more employees.
