None, this place is a disaster.

Cons

This company has no sense of strategy, they keep laying off everyone. It's a sinking ship. Walmart probably doesn't want to acquire them anymore because of their financial state. They are a mess. The family does not care about their employees. When I first joined ChenMed, the culture was so much better, we were like a family. That did not last long. Now it's like any other corporate America company. And this new leadership has already failed by letting go of their best employees.

Mission and Values would be amazing if they meant it or practiced it.

Cons

This is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working for. They lie through omission, blame employees for their shortcomings as leaders resulting in 5 layoffs in a year. There is no vision and the executive team struggles at the most elementary tasks resulting in chaos for the facilities. This is a predatory company attempting to capitalize on the neediest population.
