      Good work hours and good benefits

      Poor management, unprofessional back office staff. Unable to keep a nurse team lead because the staff are very nasty. Management afraid to address certain people especially if they are favorites. Employees on cell phones constantly, disappears from the work area leaving others to do the work but they complain if they have to work that is assigned to them.

      Where should i begin ,i F YOUR NOT A FAVORITE PLEASE DO NOT LOOK FOR GROWTH WITHIN THE COMPANY NO MATTER HOW HARD YOU WORK! They look over people and claim to promote from with in , Wait on it ! Your under paid from housekeeping on up. You cant complain because it will get back to the management that you did. This company is full of liars and con artist . YOU WILL NOT GROW WITH THIS COMPANY . THE CHENS really need to be more hands on on how management is treating their works as specially something as simple as claiming to promote from with in. ALL THE PATIENTS ARE TO THIS GUYS IS A PAY CHECK AND IF YOU DON'T GET ON BOARD YOU MIGHT GET FIRED OR LEFT AT SOMETHING CLOSE TO MINIMUM WAGE . i started as house keeping making the same as Mc donalds with and 50 cent raise wow

      Pros

      After working here for over 4 years I can say we finally have achieved a great balance where entrepreneurial environment meets process and stability. There are solid controls and governance in place so you get the power of a big "corporation" but the leadership has figured out a way to keep the spirit of a start up in place.

      Cons

      Like any company in hyper-growth mode you can expect a series of ups and downs and lots of change. The company has done a good job learning from the downs and implementing change quickly. There is definitely a sense of urgency for everything which some may view as a con. If so, this is not the place for you.
