      Pros

      Flexible hours, pleasant working environment, customer service driven environment Hours 7:30- 4:30 Some Saturdays Great experience in many different roles

      Cons

      No training, minimal management assistance, no room for advancement, lacking in communication, cut pay more than half for top performers, Laid off entire department and added a non compete. I enjoyed my job here at this company. Seperation process was horrible and communication details about new roles and pay. Compensation does not support job duties expected.

      - Great business model and noble company mission - Lots of opportunities for growth within the org

      Cons

      - Closed minded culture and lots of secrecy. - Lack of expertise in tech. Low interest in foundational best practices. There is a strong inclination to deliver quick-and-dirty solutions that are poorly analyzed, built and maintained. - Lots of ego and politics in middle management. - Many sudden layoffs that employees just see it as a 9-5 dodge ball game trying not to make anyone above them angry rather than making progress
