This place has 90 percent turn over. (This is not an exaggeration.) There is no work life balance. All employees are over worked and underpaid; seriously. Fear is a management style at ChenMed. Half the staff is on a performance plan. Fact: Over 40 Detroit employees were terminated. Most had less than a year with the company. Fact: Most center directors have been with the company less than a year because they keep walking out.

There is no inclusion. You have to stand and say the "chenmed way" everyday. CULT environment. and it has no movement behind it because of the lack of honesty in this company. Mass layoff going on. Twice this year. Right before the holiday. UNETHICAL. To lay people off right before the holidays and no pay to provide a great Christmas for their families. Its all about money and numbers. They forgot their mission, cant be the vision because they fail to see what is happening. Too many leaders in the pot. Chickens with no heads barking orders . Everyone is leaving. Dr's , leaders and staff. No one is safe. I regret coming to this company. No career advancement. No diversity. Too much work, lack of decent pay. Lack of culture. They lie about bonuses being provided and no bonuses. They paint a great picture of this company to woo you in and then they lay you off 90 days later. They retailiate for being truthful on surveys. Do not apply. Sinking ship. RUN .
