      - Culture (I had flexibility) - Collaboration (Worked with really good teams with excellent people)

      Cons

      - Massive layoffs in November - A lot of changes in the Company's strategy. - Lack of transparency from leadership. They mentioned that the company was a good fit and next week... massive layoffs
