      steep learning curve...long way to go still

      better benefits than other small companies easy interviews

      Cons

      penny pinching...no overhead...no indoc training...first day start is client onsite...corporate training done on your own time NO HR processes. No one knows the performance review process or who their supervisor is. Only 1 or 2 people have ever had a performance review. No annual bonus.
