      Poor Leadership and Work Culture

      Bad leadership Disrespectful work environment/culture Lack of accountability from higher-ups that results in botched projects and loss of contracts Lack of adequate, in some cases lack of any, training for new hires

      Company better than most in the area when it comes to salary

      Pros

      -Benefits costs are reasonable (e.g.: medical, dental, etc.) -Paid twice a month on set dates (I like this for planning bills) -Good pay, especially for this area

      Cons

      -Some of the administrative offices like security, finance, HR only seem to have one or two people you can contact if an issue/request arises. Just ensure you give yourself enough time if having to request anything from those offices.
