Generally good wages which are tied to Govt contracts; benefits are better than other companies that I've spoke to. Good discussions with supervisor (willing to listen, etc)

Cons

The bureaucracy seems to be a bit on the high side; although, the promise of new personnel systems might address this shortfall.
