A dead end career at a dead end company.

It was a wedge into government contract work, especially the Department of Homeland Security (DHS)and Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

Cons

Management immediately stereotyped employees, making it almost impossible for upward mobility. For upward mobility, I had to leave the company, resulting in an immediate $25,000 per year salary increase.

The salary was really good.

Cons

Like most small companies, there is not resources put into making administrative tasks easy, i.e. expense report and time-sheet reporting. To be fair, it was getting better right before I left
