Networking throughout Chenega and it's subsidiaries is definitely a plus! Another favorable attribute is Chenega's cultural diversity!

Cons

Communication from parent company leadership and HR to employees subsidiaries is challenging at times. Benefits from Chenega are not as strong as the original promised benefits from subsidiary company.

For the year that I've been with Chenega I've had a great work/life balance. Work load is reasonable. Management is great and communicates any changes. They go out of their way to show that they care and appreciate you.
