None, I was hoping working with a smaller company would be positive experience, not the case.

Cons

Insulting pay with no chance for promotions or raises unless you are part of an exclusive group. Horrible benefits. Th best example, employees can only take their leave in 8 hour increments which means you have to use an entire day of leave for any personal matter ( Dr appointment, kids, etc...) Not a company that cares about its employees' work/ life balance

Pros

Small team feel. Flexible working hours. Has attracted some good people in the past. They do throw a nice Winter celebration.

Cons

Actively working to cut employee benefits to the production teams while corporate gets huge benefits. Falsely claims changes are due to govt. regulations when those regulations set out minimums not requirements. Cheap. Won't buy needed equipment, equipment bought is often second hand and not up to par. This company is afraid to say no to the customer so staff ends up doing the work of other contractors. Furthermore they have lied about job titles and duties.
