Pros

Competitive pay, flexible schedule, very tolerable job

Cons

Communication is a struggle. Setting up for your seasonal set is not very easy and if your regional boss doesn't have a clue you will struggle and miss your bonuses.

Pros

Working with Santa is amazing. The kids and families are great. Pay could be worse. Relative lack of oversight.

Cons

Dodgy equipment they won’t replace. The computers they send you are old trash. They never bothered to provide me a backup for my Santa who has to work 7 days a week full shifts. All the people up the chain are generally unhelpful. You’re thrown to the wolves and expected to figure it out yourself. The company absolutely does not have your back. What’s more they will make you go back and edit the schedules to reflect how they played out and you’re expected to add the time you spent adjusting it to your own schedule. They have a lot of stupid rules and things they want you to do and that seems to matter way more than actual revenue or the quality of the work.
