Seasonal Jobs at the mall

Pros

Can hire your own staff and basically make your own hours. Love photography and being a part of the magic of Christmas. It's not a hard job and you can learn about or teach others about photography.

Cons

This year they have a test that must be completed with the application. A lot of potential employees didn't start or complete this test and were ruled out. They get one chance and an expiration time for the test. It made it hard to hire staff. Returning staff should be exempt from taking this test which had absolutely nothing to do with the job it was for. No benefits. Seasonal jobs are hard because once you get used to it, it's over.
