      The company does bring a smile to the customers. I have also enjoyed working with the staff

      The company itself is not organized. I applied to be the photographer, and on my third official work day, I was promoted to the local manager position. One of the two assistant managers moved to another location, while the second assistant manager and the local manager before to me quit. With no Santa Claus for our last week during the season, I was told to ask people in the store if they wanted to be hired for the position of the job (who would have to go through the whole application process AND background check).

      Merged too many companies together too fast and lost the company culture that made them best in class. It will get better over time.

      It’s a good learning experience

      Cons

      The pay is trash, I worked 5 days a week and only made $300 a week. It was literally my first time ever working yet I was doing way more than my manager and dealing with the rudest customer only to get paid less. This doesn’t sound bad but since the workplace was so far transit was 50$ a week plus lunch money and bills so think about it.
