Pros

Great experience in setting up and running your own operation.

Cons

Last minute demands by upper management can ruin the opportunity. Halfway through the season they tried to have us fire our best employee because they finally got through his background check and found something they didn't like. We literally couldn't have finished the season without him.

Pros

It is a very fun and rewarding job. Set hours, great pay, and a wonderful way to get experience.

Cons

Some days, at my particular mall there, there are no customers.

Pros

Nice coworkers, pretty fun, slow before December hits. Most of the customers were pleasant & the job itself was very simple.

Cons

Sporadic scheduling, people quitting left and right, lots of late nights. The occasional nasty customer.
