Pros

Very fun environment, Nice coworkers, very festive

Cons

Very fluctuating hours (I've recieved VERY little work for 5 weeks), Strict dress code (no facial piercings, white dress shirt and beige bras ONLY. only white undershirts, black dress pants and shoes. you get in trouble if you wear ANYTHING else)

It was an exciting learning experience for a first time set manager. You get to learn all parts of the business from administrative, to operations, to reporting , and working with customers.

Cons

Can be hectic, so learn to relax. You're gonna be faced with a lot of volume at time, and hope that it stops. Remember to smile and that it is a holiday season. This is going to yield the best results.
