Not a Good Workplace Experience

Pros

There are no real pros to mention; my experience at the company was overwhelmingly negative.

Cons

I worked here for almost 18 months and was never promoted from trainee despite working on two real projects. The work culture is toxic, managers and HR are not supportive, and salary deductions were made without reason — and even denied when I asked for clarification or refund.

Good for candidates with 2 year of experince

Cons

No work life balance you will not get a single day of leave for any festivals if you need any leave you have to use your earned leave for that

Pros

A good learning experience for freshers as they learn how to handle pressure and also they get to face clients directly so it is beneficial for them.

Cons

You don't get any personal time here leave is very limited here there is no leave for any Indian festival like Holi Diwali you have to place leave using your own Earned leave and that so you get 1 every month so there is a high chance your salary will be deducted and even though you are on leave you have to work if you are on the project there is no work-life balance here new employees get frustrated after working here after 2-3 months but they can't leave as they have signed bond for 2 years without knowing
