      Pros

      You can learn new technology rapidly, the TMs, TLs in fact FMs are really helpful. Six month appraisal in the best thing. It’s good place to learn new things, here you will get the chance to communicate with client directly.

      Cons

      You should be quick learner and here we have the deadlines to complete the task. So you should also prepare to handle the pressure. Alternate Saturday is working.
