Health benefits. Opportunity to learn new things.

Cons

Growth is stagnant. Dishonesty is the rule. No work/life balance. Communication is stifled. Pay is low, the only people making any money are on the sales team (commission) - if you aren’t sales, don’t expect to be paid fairly for the work you do. Distrust and contempt is the norm. Environment is high stress, low reward.
