      Pros

      It is very difficult to tell about good thing but TL’s are very good. and those who join this co as a fresher are talented but due to language they are working in this company. Even this co never care there employees

      Cons

      i have worked in this company around two year and i won’t find anything there to learn. it’s a training school, only best for those who show Fake experience and no HR policy,no employee friendly, management oriented rules, no one is there to listen you and one man show. Experience people, don’t go in this company, job security is not there even if you are performing well. There is no openness even they disregard to the statement what they said earlier. if you will join this company you may loss you confidence in some days and get frustrated.

      You will come to understand what exploitation actually looks like.

      Ohh my god from where should I start!!! 1. They will share offer letter with 1 or 2 years of bond written on that even for an experience developer. 2. After the offer letter they will share another document and ask you to sign it and there they will hide another increased bond years. 3. On your onboarding day they will make you sign on so many papers you will feel like you are signing on your property papers and there will they will hide another increased bond years. 4. This is a company where they don’t care (wants to use some strong word instead of care trust me) what will happen to you or your family and if you argue then they will make your life a living hell (big bosses will start dancing on your head and they will make you work 24X7). 5. They will invent some new policy each month like they are the ones who have made the constitution and they will force those policies even when you did not have sign on that. 6. They invented a new policy where it doesn’t matter if your bond is over or you have not signed on the policy but if you get a project then you can only give resignation after 3 months from the date when you get the project and that also you can do that only for 1 week and if you don’t give resignation in that time then you can give resignation after 6 months and again that you can do only for 1 week and this 6 months will then continue if you don’t resign in that 1 week. 7. In this company only the developer is earning money for the company but the developer is the only one who does not have any respect in this company, even a office boy can misbehave with you and you will not get any help from the HR, instead they will say that it’s your mistake(Owner once said that it’s much easier to find a developer than a office boy). 8. They will try to find any mistake from your side so that they can make excuse to not to give you any raise. Trust me I can say many points in here but I am not sure whether I can say those things in public or not. Whatever the good reviews you are seeing those are all written by the management and they are forcing employees to put those reviews from their personal email.
