• I have been with Chetu for more than 10 years. • Benefits: o Full coverage healthcare for team and family members – PPO o Significant 401K matching o Rapid Vacation Time accrual o Great commission rate • Perks: o Gym Discounts o Tickets as Work discounts • Growth in the company: o I started working as a software engineer, I got promoted as team leader, again I got promoted as project manager. I have a very good experience working with my Chetu family.

I did not see any in past 10 + years.

Pros

Could make some good money after some time (base is extremely low) and with a lot more luck than skill.

Cons

Salary salespeople are treated as hourly employees and they do more to find fault than to help people grow. Turnover is a daily lifestyle, no investment of staff. Managers succeed because they take the leads and closes of the ones they let go. More of a ponzi situation that a real company that wants long term employees.

I've been with the company since 2010 and have had my career excel while working here. The regular appraisals mean rapid growth and salary increases. We also have full healthcare coverage and excellent 401K matching

Cons

None come to mind. This place is not for those afraid of working hard and putting in the effort.
