I have spent close to 2.5 years with Chetu and have had a great stint in terms of joining process, training opportunities, learning & development initiatives.good work life balance and culture.Employee friendly and lots of opportunities to learn new things.

1. Great increment policies with 6 months appraisal. 2. Great environment for Growth. 3. Free Lunch on Every Working Saturday 4. Leave Encashment policy. 5. Providing better opportunities for on-site work.

Cons

All Saturdays should be off, as currently only alternate Saturdays are off.

I am working in this organization since 1 year and My findings are: 1. If you are good learner and have self motivation skill then you should join this organization on beginner level. 2. While working here you will earn some development skills in your related technology. 3. Chances to go to USA and Neither land. 4. Good thing is Chetu promote to their current employees who are working on executive levels. 5. Company is on expansion phase so chances for growth and development are high.

Somehow i neglect these things because it happens that you will like every single thing of organization.
