      Pros

      Working at Chetu gives us good growth and Package as well Just we need to do hard work and smart work.

      Cons

      All saturday should be off because working on alternate saturday become hectic for all and There should be holidays on every Indian Festival as currently we are having floating leave on festivals.

      1> night shift make life cumbersome. 2> alternate Saturday on. 3> lots of rumor about policies 4> huge difference between in hand salary and mention salary
