Pros

Top notch process, enablement team and mentors have shaped me for success. Great wage and no cap commission structure as well as bonus. Perks and incentives. Full benefits and retirement. I have grown immensely and feel invaluable as a part of the Chetu family.

Cons

I put in long hours but that is a personal choice. I treat it like my own business.

Pros

Pros - they hire anyone with a pulse so if you need a job it’s yours. They do pay commissions every month if you maintain your clients so theoretically if you can stick around for 5+ years maybe you’ll see a rise in income beyond the low starting wage which I hear is even lower now haha. But, since only about 10% survive a year it’s pretty doubtful.

Cons

Leadership - CEO is very rude and selfish. I’ve seen him fire people after weekly internal calls for saying the wrong thing or voicing an opinion that he doesn’t like to hear. As a result the morale is atrocious. HR / Sales Enablement knows it’s a toxic environment but they want to keep their jobs too so they don’t speak up. Plus you’re being watched on your computer by a team in India, it’s scary. No trust. Law suits against them are rampant. You don’t want a part of this scheme. They’ll keep you for a year and push you out or drive you to insanity and you’ll look elsewhere. I promise. If you do take a job, quit in the first week after you hear their BS. They can’t sugar coat crazy.
