6yOur employees are our most valuable resource and we work tirelessly to ensure that we are providing an enriching work environment that promotes growth, self-improvement, and a positive culture. Our sales processes are based on past best practices that have worked for us during our twenty years of success in the software industry. They are designed to make our sales team successful as is reflected in our company’s continuous and sustained growth. We understand that some new hires in the sales team may or may not like to adhere to such best practices, perhaps due to their comfort or personal objectives. We are sorry that you did not feel like our sales best practices were something that you could adopt. We do, however, appreciate your suggestions as improvement, both personally and collectively, is incredibly important to us.
